 Returns and Refunds

              a)      Returns and Refunds. 

Any order purchased from bumbumbidets.com* can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

*Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

                       i)      Return Process. If you’ve had a change of fart, return your undamaged BumBumBidets within 30 days of your initial delivery date. We will process your refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from BumBumBidets Support. If a return is sent without prior authorization, it will not be refunded or credited. So be sure to holler at us! To initiate a return please email support@bumbumbidets.com with the following information:

                            1)      Return Reason. If you’re having an issue with your product, we’d love the opportunity to correct it. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message. We often have simple solutions for many of the problems that you may run into!

                            2)    Your order number

                            3)    Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or bumbum used? (Due to governmental regulations, we need to thoroughly inspect every returned product. This helps us understand how we will process the return.)

                            4)    Suggested improvements. If there’s any way we can dial up our service, product offerings or potty humor, we’d love to hear it.

                             IMPORTANT: You must share your tracking number if you ship on your own with support@bumbumbidets.com so we can successfully process your refund.

Note: Refunds include only the cost of the product; we do not refund shipping fees or customs fees you may have paid on your original purchase. 

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. 

             

                        ii)      Refunds.    Refunds are processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise at our return facility. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
